  • Classes are not considered officially "booked" until 50% of the agreed-upon fee for the class has been recieved and processed.
  • If you have to cancel your corporate social media workshop for any reason up to 15 or more calendar days prior to the corporate training class, we will refund 100% your payment minus any hard costs incurred for travel, facilities, and/or materials.
  • If you have to cancel your social media for business class for any reason up to 14 calendar days prior to the class, we will refund 85% your payment minus any hard costs incurred for travel, facilities, and/or materials.
  • If you cancel your corporate social media event for any reason up to 7 calendar days prior to the class, we will refund 75% your payment minus any hard costs incurred for travel, facilities, and/or materials.
